Contact CraftFee

The fastest way to reach us is email: contact@craftfee.com. We are a two-person operation, so a real person reads every message — usually within one or two business days.

What to write to us about

  • Fee corrections. Etsy changes its rates from time to time. If a number on this site no longer matches what Etsy charges you, tell us — a screenshot of the fee breakdown from your own order page is the most useful thing you can send, and we will verify against Etsy's official Fees & Payments Policy before changing anything.
  • Calculator feedback. If the fee calculator gives you a result that does not match your actual Etsy bill, that is the single most valuable report we can get. Include your price, your country, and what Etsy actually charged.
  • Guide requests. Is there a fee situation none of the guides cover — a country page we are missing, a fee type we have not explained? Ask. The guides on this site exist because sellers asked for them.
  • Questions about a guide. If something in one of the pages is unclear, say which page and which part. If one reader had to read it twice, others will too, and we will rewrite it.

Corrections policy

Every rate on this site is checked against Etsy's official fee documentation, and each guide carries a "last verified" date. When a correction changes a number, we update the page, move the verified date, and — where the change is subtle — note what changed and why. We do not silently edit numbers: if a rate was wrong yesterday, readers deserve to know it is different today for a stated reason.

Priority goes to corrections that affect money: a wrong processing rate, a missing regulatory fee, an outdated VAT percentage. Wording and formatting fixes get done too, just more slowly.

What we are not

CraftFee is an independent site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Etsy, Inc. We cannot see your Etsy account, look into a specific order, reverse a fee, or intervene in a dispute with Etsy support. For anything that requires access to your shop, Etsy's own support channels are the only route.

We are also not accountants or tax advisers. The guides describe how Etsy's fees work; they are general information, not financial or tax advice, and country-specific tax questions are best put to a professional who knows your situation.

Other things

Privacy questions: this site runs no advertising trackers and stores no personal data beyond standard, anonymous web analytics. The privacy policy explains exactly what is collected. Email sent to us is read by us and kept only as long as the conversation needs.

Partnerships or guest contributions: we are open to corrections, data, and expertise from people who know Etsy's fees better than we do. Anything accepted is credited on the page it improved.
